We are looking for a responsible Asphalt Plant Operator to manage and operate the asphalt mixing plant efficiently. The candidate will ensure proper production of asphalt mix while maintaining safety, quality standards, and equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor asphalt plant machinery and control systems.
Ensure correct mixing of raw materials as per production requirements.
Perform routine plant inspections and basic maintenance.
Maintain production records and daily reports.
Coordinate with site supervisors and production teams.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Troubleshoot minor operational issues in the plant.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification preferred.
2–5 years of experience in asphalt plant operations.
Knowledge of plant machinery, burners, conveyors, and control panels.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in shifts and at construction sites.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of asphalt mix design.
Understanding of safety and quality standards in road construction.
