✅ Hands-on exposure from inward inspection to final PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection)
✅ Knowledge of fabrication quality checks, inspection procedures, and quality documentation
✅ Understanding of process compliance and quality standards
✅ Ability to coordinate with production and assembly teams for quality assurance
