Venus Techno Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to strengthen our engineering and product development function. The role demands strong expertise in mechanical design, reverse engineering, and handling end-to-end design documentation within a manufacturing environment.
Note: Interested candidates from Mehsana or near by locations are more preferable.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and equipment as per engineering standards
• Prepare and modify 2D/3D models using SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other CAD tools
• Perform reverse engineering of parts, assemblies, and existing products for improvement and replication
• Prepare accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and maintain design documentation in ERP / SAP systems
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams for design feasibility and execution
• Resolve design-related queries, technical issues, and shop-floor challenges
• Ensure adherence to product specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices
🎯 Eligibility & Skills Required
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven 3 to 5 years experience in mechanical design within manufacturing / heavy engineering / construction equipment industry
• Strong command over SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CAD-based design systems
• Hands-on experience in reverse engineering and product development
• Working knowledge of ERP / SAP for BOM and documentation management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
