🧭 Role Overview
Venus Techno Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly competent Network Engineer to lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure. This is a critical role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level IT systems, network architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure projects aligned with business growth.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
End-User Support & IT Services
• Provide L1/L2 support for systems, applications (O365, Antivirus), and hardware
• Manage desktops, laptops, printers, and IT ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN and software issues; conduct user training
System & Server Administration
• Manage Windows/Linux servers and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, WSUS, FTP
• Maintain backups, storage, and system performance
Network Engineering & Administration
• Design and manage enterprise network architecture (LAN/WAN)
• Configure switches, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols
• Monitor network performance using tools like Zabbix, Nagios, Wireshark
IT Security & Compliance
• Implement endpoint protection and firewall security
• Conduct vulnerability assessments (VAPT) and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards
Cloud & Virtualization
• Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments
• Deploy SaaS tools such as Office 365, G Suite
• Monitor cloud performance and backup strategies
ELV Systems & Telephony
• Handle IP-PBX, VoIP systems, and CCTV infrastructure
• Coordinate access control systems and vendor support
Asset & Infrastructure Management
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licensing, and lifecycle tracking
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects from scratch
• Prepare BOQs, budgets, and technical documentation (HLD/LLD)
IT Governance & Strategy
• Develop IT SOPs, policies, and compliance frameworks
• Ensure >99.9% network uptime and system availability
• Drive cost optimization and vendor performance management
🎯 Eligibility & Skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science / IT or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & network administration
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and security
• Hands-on expertise in virtualization, cloud (AWS/Azure), and server management
• Experience in ERP/enterprise environments preferred
• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, RHCE, AWS/Azure, ITIL are an advantage
